The Philadelphia Eagles will have three lineup changes for tonight’s game against the host Washington Redskins.
Backup CB Dimitri Patterson will make his second straight start for CB Ellis Hobbs (hip/inactive).
Rookie FS Kurt Coleman will make his first NFL start in place of FS Nate Allen (neck/inactive).
Veteran OL Nick Cole will start at RG for Max Jean-Gilles (concussion). However, Jean-Gilles is active for the game. He did practice with the first-team offense on Friday.
Second-year DT Antonio Dixon, a key to Philadelphia's improved run defense, will start over DT Brodrick Bunkley (elbow) for the fourth straight game.
For the Redskins, they’ll be without RBs Clinton Portis (groin) and Chad Simpson.
RB Ryan Torain (hamstring) will make his fifth straight start for the injured Portis.
KR/PR/WR Brandon Banks (knee), who had meniscus surgery just two weeks ago, is surprisingly active for the game.
