The Philadelphia Eagles are in an enviable position—a rarity in the NFL. They have two quality quarterbacks who are capable of starting.
With that being the case, Sports Illustrated’s Peter King reports the Eagles already have one team willing to offer a first-round pick for Kevin Kolb.
The Seattle Seahawks, who made a strong push to acquire Kolb last year, seem like a likely suitor again.
With Kolb entering this coming season on the final year of his contract, the feeling around the NFL is that the team is open to moving him. And being that there are several teams looking for a starting quarterback, they should receive significant interest around the league. However, all player movement is prohibited during the current NFL lockout.
