Philadelphia Eagles salary cap analyst Adam Katz has left the team, a source told FOXSports.com.

Katz, who negotiated several contracts over the past year, is said to be returning to law school.

In recent years, Katz, general manager Howie Roseman, team president Joe Banner, Rich Hurtado and Andrew Brandt have negotiated player contracts. Brandt worked for the team in 2009 as a consultant. Hurtado left the team about a year ago to work for NFL player agent Todd France.

Derron Harris has been hired as manager of football administration, which is the same title Hurtado held during his tenure with the team.
