Report: Maroney charged with marijuana possession
Denver Broncos RB Laurence Maroney, who is scheduled to become a free agent at the start of the new league year, was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor marijuana possession, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Maroney, 26, and others were arrested Jan. 17 near Chaifetz Arena (home of the St. Louis University basketball team) after police approached cars slowing in traffic, smelled marijuana and located weapons in one of the cars, according to the report. The circuit attorney's office said an investigation determined those in possession of handguns broke no laws. Four others with Maroney that night also face a misdemeanor drug charge.
The penalty for possession of marijuana under 35 grams ranges from probation to a year in jail.

hit especially after two shoulder operations.Larry never turned in the 3ard down or breakway back that we hoped for. It's amazing when a player gets traded or cut for New England the problem comes out .It seems not many players are as good with money as Carson Palmer
