New Orleans Saints WR/KR Courtney Roby was taken off the field today on a stretcher late in the second quarter after making a kickoff return. On the play, he appeared to get hit on the back of his neck. He will not return to the game and was brought into the locker room for evaluation.

UPDATE: The team said Roby has feeling in his hands and feet and has been taken to a nearby hospital for further observation.
