Chargers punter Mike Scifres' fifth-blocked punt of the season set up the first touchdown of the day for Texans running back Arian Foster, who ran the red zone gift 8 yards for a first quarter score and a 7-0 San Diego lead at Reliant Stadium.

Foster struck again with 10:23 remaining before halftime, scoring his ninth rushing TD of the season with a 2-yard plunge that plunge that put the Texans in front 17-14.
