2025 four-star tight end Jack VanDorselaer (Southlake, Tex.) will return to Knoxville, Tennessee, to see the Tennessee Volunteers this weekend.

Southlake Carroll High School tight end Jack VanDorselaer has been committed to the Tennessee Volunteers since early January. He was their second commit on the offensive side of the football in the 2025 recruiting class and an important one. He's the first tight end to commit to position coach Alec Abeln, a major win for the coaching staff.

VanDorselaer continues to build relationships within the program after his commitment. He recently visited campus with Brentwood Academy quarterback George MacIntyre and will return this weekend. The tight end position is uber-important in this offense, and Tennessee doesn't have many bodies in that room, so retaining VanDorselaer throughout these next nine months in critical.

VanDorselaer ranks as the No. 289 prospect in the 2025 class, according to the 247Sports' Composite Rankings. He holds 27 offers, highlighted by programs like Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Tennessee, and Texas.

Tennessee's 2025 Recruiting Class

  • George MacIntyre, QB
  • Justin Baker, RB
  • Joakim Dodson, WR
  • Jack VanDorselaer, TE
  • Dylan Lewis, CB
  • Tyler Redmond, CB
