According to The Athletic's Fabian Ardaya, Frasso is unlikely to pitch this season after having surgery on his right hip.

Pitching this season is unlikely, though there’s a chance he’s able to appear in games in the Arizona Fall League.
Frasso had a cleanup procedure on his right hip labrum. The Dodgers aim to have the number 80 prospect in the league this season back for the Arizona Fall League.
The 25-year-old is currently rehabbing from a labrum in his right shoulder that he got surgery in November. It's been a challenging handful of months for the right-handed pitcher, and it isn't getting any easier with this news.
Frasso split time between the Double-A and Triple-A last season, registering a 3.77 ERA, 107 K's, and a 1.27 WHIP in 25 starts. If worse comes to worse in the Dodgers' starting rotation, they won't be able to look at Frasso as a replacement.
We wish the youngster a speedy recovery.
