Free-agent tight end Delanie Walker did not play in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but plans to return to the NFL in 2021.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Walker wants to play next season after taking the time in 2020 to get healthy.
Former Titans' TE Delanie Walker, who took off last season due to COVID and to get 100 percent healthy, intends to play again in 2021, per source.

Walker has struggled to stay healthy in recent years, playing just seven games in 2019 and one in 2018. The Tennessee Titans cut him about one year ago.
The 36-year-old was a Pro Bowler in three straight seasons from 2015-17. However, it's unclear if any teams will take a chance on him, given his injury history.
In 14 seasons between the Titans and San Francisco 49ers, Walker has 504 catches for 5,888 yards and 36 touchdowns.
