While Douglas did grab Trent McDuffie's face mask, the way he was running shows that it is not intentional. And he was called for unnecessary roughness during the game.
So the fine comes off as a bit extreme.
This was Douglas' first game back after suffering his second concussion this season. He has been a bright spot for the team, proving himself to be a real threat.
So far this season, he has 39 receptions for 443 receiving yards. He also has four carries for 29 rushing yards. All that's missing is his first career touchdown.
Douglas was the only player fined from this game.
