The Las Vegas Raiders are sure to have a lot of conversations regarding the offensive line this offseason, as three of their starters are eligible for free agency.

One of those linemen whose future with the Silver and Black is in question is Andre James, who has been a full-time starter over the last three seasons.

In the event that James moves on from Las Vegas, they do have the option of moving guard Dylan Parham to center. Parham carried the load at center when James went down against the Minnesota Vikings last season and went on to start at center the following game with James still out.

"I think Dylan can play any of those positions," said Raiders Coach Antonio Pierce at the NFL Combine on Feb. 28. "I think it's all going to come based off of what we do in free agency and the draft, to be honest. But you saw a kid that filled in at center right away and did a hell of a job in those two games.

"Put him at guard and I thought [he] did a really good job of going against, like, the Chris Jones of the world, holding his own. That's a tough matchup but never blinked, man, never blinked, so it's good when you have somebody that has that kind of position flex. It gives us a lot of options."

The Raiders selected Parham in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He has started every game for the Silver and Black since. With Pierce high on the young lineman, expect Parham to continue to have a significant role in the future.

The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently have the No. 13 overall pick.
