Tom Brady has a joke regarding the Las Vegas Raiders during his roast on Netflix
Candice Ward-USA TODAY Sports

The Las Vegas Raiders are owned by one of the most historic families in football. A long time ago, Al Davis, a pioneer of the game, owned and even coached the Raiders. Obviously, it's the son of Al Davis, Mark Davis, who is trying to follow in his father's footsteps. But there is one problem—Mark hasn't been successful in doing it or even come close.

So, with the failures that have come, Mark Davis noticed he needed help but would never sell the team. The Raiders have to be owned by someone in the Davis family. But that doesn't mean he can't have people help him and join the ownership group. He has already had one person try to join, but the NFL hasn't decided yet.

That's where former NFL quarterback and legend Tom Brady comes in. He is trying to become a part owner of the Raiders, which most of the fan base is excited about. The only ones who really aren't are the ones who lived through the Tuck Rule game.

But that's neither here nor there and is in the past. Why are we talking about Brady again? He hosted a Netflix roast recently, where he let some of his closest friends and comics roast him. He also had a chance to tell some jokes, and the Raiders were a part of one, and they weren't the butt of the joke, either.

"I'm trying to buy the Raiders. I'm tired of owning the Colts and the Bills," Brady said as everyone laughed.

The Raiders are also trying to help Brady become a part owner, but it seems something is being held up. Either way, you cannot deny how funny this joke is, as Brady used to "own" those two teams year after year when he was with the New England Patriots.
