Barcelona coach Xavi: I must keep playing kids

Barcelona coach Xavi says he'll continue selecting his kids.

Ahead of their Copa del Rey clash with Athletic Bilbao, Xavi discussed the promotion of the likes of Pau Cubarsi.

He said, "You have to get used to seeing young people. Lamine, Cubars, Hctor Fort, Fermn, Marc Guiu, Balde, Pedri ... there are young people.

"There is an important academy. They can be consolidated. They have had to go up, due to the short staff and the financial situation.

"Didn't you see the celebration (against Real Betis)? You have to be realistic, I am realistic positive. We have 18 games left. Go for it. We are not going to throw in the towel. Last year when Real Madrid came there was a league, how can there be no league ... We propose it in each match: 'today be calm'. But we are passionate.
