Hope Solo, one of the greatest players to ever compete for the United States Women's National Team, now has a new label attached to her name: Mom.
On Thursday afternoon, the legendary goalkeeper announced via social media that she gave birth to twins, named Vittorio Genghis Stevens and Lozen Orianna Judith Stevens, back on March 4.

Solo announced that she and her husband, former NFL player Jerramy Stevens, were expecting in December:

As noted by the Associated Press (h/t ESPN), she made more than 200 appearances for the Red-White and Blue and kept an international-record 102 clean sheets. She twice won the FIFA World Cup Golden Glove Award.
Solo became eligible for the U.S. National Soccer Hall of Fame in February.
