'I’ve said it all along' – Harry Redknapp makes exciting prediction about Tottenham’s season

Former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has predicted who will claim the 4th spot between Aston Villa and Spurs. 

The fight for the coveted 4th spot between the two clubs is set to go down the wire with Spurs just 2 points behind Aston Villa, with a game in hand.

They lost two points against West Ham after being held to a 1-1 draw but Aston Villa failed to capitalise on it as Manchester City beat them 4-1.

This has put Spurs in a good position because if they win their game in hand, they go above Villa by one point.

Harry Redknapp makes top 4 prediction

Redknapp has backed his former side to claim the final spot ahead of Villa in the final run-in.

He believes Spurs have a stronger squad compared to Villa which will help them edge over their top 4 rivals.

When asked to predict who will finish fourth, he told talkSPORT (quotes via Spurs Web):

“I’ve said all along I thought Tottenham would finish fourth. They’ve got a good squad, and with that squad, I would certainly see them finishing above Villa.

“Villa have done great this year, they’ve had a fantastic season but I just feel that Tottenham maybe have a slightly stronger squad that could nick that fourth place.”

Tottenham vs Villa: Remaining Fixtures

Both the clubs have quite a few hurdles to cross. Tottenham’s remaining fixtures include clashes against Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal. Meanwhile, Aston Villa are yet to face Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool.
