Watch: Chelsea legend is positive about club’s chances despite recent history

Getting rid of Petr Cech was one of the first decisions – and arguably one of the first mistakes – that the new Chelsea ownership made.

The club legend and former technical director doesn’t seem to hold any grudges however, and when asked about his old team’s chances this season, he was in good spirits.

“I think they can be positive going into the first games,” the goalkeeper said ahead of taking part in the “Game4Ukraine.”

We have much the same feeling. We don’t want to get overexcited, but we can’t deny we liked what we’ve seen in preseason, just like Petr.
