Two championships changed hands at Saturday's NJPW Wrestling Dontaku event.

David Finlay defeated Nic Nemeth to win the IWGP Global Championship in the show's semi-main event.

Finlay pinned Nemeth after hitting Overkill to win the title for the second time. Nemeth had successfully defended the title on night one of Dontaku on Friday over Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Finlay becomes the first two-time Global Champion in the title's short history, and Nemeth's reign ends at one successful defense.

Earlier in the card, KENTA and Chase Owens defeated Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI to capture the IWGP Tag Team Championship for the second time as a unit.

Owens pinned Goto with a jackknife cradle to end Bishamon's fourth IWGP Tag Team title reign after one successful defense.

The two title changes follow the one title switch on Friday's Dontaku show where Jeff Cobb defeated Zack Sabre Jr. to become the NJPW World TV Champion.

In Saturday's other title bouts, Jon Moxley defeated Ren Narita in the main event to retain the IWGP Word Heavyweight Championship, plus Shingo Takagi retained the NEVER Openweight Championship with a win over Gabe Kidd.
